As the resident goldsmith at the Gold of Africa Museum for the last decade, Heidi has had the pleasure of bringing the love of metal working and Jewellery manufacture to countless local and international visitors to the museum.
Since 2007, Heidi has facilitated classes and workshops for over 10 years including Wax carving, Cuttlefish casting, Basic Skills Jewellery manufacture and many more. In addition, she has acted as outside moderator to the final year jewellery students at both Ruth Prowse School of Art and Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
Three times winner of Anglo Gold, Gold Jewellery design competition and most recently a judge of the same, Heidi has exhibited many times at Design Indaba as well as in Paris and London.
During the last decade Heidi has also launched two labels, Urbanative - featured in Vogue Nippon and NOMAD jewellery & accessories - her most recent work.
